As I write this, it is the spring of 2020. Our Trails and Rails program is currently on hold indefinitely, due to the threat of COVID-19. Trails and Rails training is undergoing a change nationally as well. Not only have we made changes to the requirements for new guides, outlined on our training page, but part of our traditional classroom training is moving to online components. This will allow new guide training to take place throughout the year. The new training components are still in production, and will be added as they arrive. We do have a complete online course, Foundations of Interpretation, available right now on our training page. I invite everyone, not just new guides, to experience the online training modules and participate in the creation of new resources for everyone to use when we return to the rails!
